This Shipping Policy explains how we produce, dispatch and deliver orders placed on toygenie.com.au, operated by TOY GENIE PTY LTD (ABN 84 684 293 089).

### Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

### Production Time for Personalised Products
Personalised products — including custom paint-by-numbers, storybooks and wall art — are made to order once you place your order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This is separate from delivery time.

### Standard Products
Standard (non-personalised) products are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

### Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location and the courier used. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, and public holidays.

### Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping Australia-wide as a launch offer. Any changes to shipping rates will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

### Order Tracking
You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.

### Delayed or Missing Orders
