Cuts are precise. works well but need real solar light to make it spin.

Takes less than half hoor to build. no glue necessary, although i soldered the wires, the is no need to do so. twist the proper wire ends together and put a stopper on it to prevent short circuit. neede bright direct sunlight to work.
