We want you to love your Toy Genie order. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Because personalised items (custom paint-by-numbers kits, personalised storybooks, custom wall decor) are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on these products. Standard, non-personalised toys and pet accessories can be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days.
