Where we ship

ToyGenie is based in Melbourne, Australia, and we currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Processing times

• Standard (in-stock) products: dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order.
• Personalised and made-to-order products (AI paint-by-numbers, storybooks, custom wall decor): produced to order once your personalisation details are confirmed. Production typically takes 2–10 business days before dispatch, depending on the product — we'll confirm the exact timeframe on your product page and order confirmation.

Delivery times

• Standard items: typically 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Personalised items: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates from our couriers, not guarantees, and can be affected by peak periods, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $80 AUD.
